All prices are listed in USD or CAD as selected on the website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers. SaintPlushie does not store your full payment card details.
- Orders & Contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
- Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over US $32 / CA $45. Shipping generally takes 2–6 business days but may take up to 8 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. SaintPlushie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
- Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details on how to initiate a return, damaged item claims, and refund timelines. The Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
