At SaintPlushie, we want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@saintplushie.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return instructions.
- Drop off your package at your nearest postal drop-off point.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we take full responsibility.
- If the damage is visible (e.g. torn fabric, broken parts, poor stitching): Simply send us a photo at info@saintplushie.com. You keep the item and we will issue a full refund — no return needed.
- If the item does not show visible damage but you believe it is defective: Please contact us and we will guide you through our standard return process as described above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
